If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please email us (include the Amazon order ID number) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Packages sent to us without an RMA will be refused and will be sent back at the customer's expense. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to us within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration, that shipped with the product. We will assess a 35% restocking fee and shipping fee on any opened hardware or accessory. Customer have up to 14 days after arrival of the order in order to inspect the article for any delivery damage, this is a carrier policy, We will also charge the shipping cost on an unopened box return but if the return is a result of our own error, we will shoulder the return shipping cost. Just send an email with the order ID and indicate a description of the problem and contact information and a photo of the received item, if possible. For product returns only consider UPS and FedEx as the official preferred carrier.
Note: If the return is an error made by the customer, the customer will be sole responsible for all shipping costs.
Refund: The customer can expect their refund within 2-4 business days after the item has been processed received. But in many cases, the customer usually receives a refund in a shorter time. We will notify the customer through email regarding their refund once received and processed the returned item.
We process returns and refunds 2-4 business days once the item has arrived.
Please note that we do not accept the return for the following products:
DJ cartridges, needles and stylus.
Headphones (In-ear monitor / headphones)
Opened software (Computer related products)
Products returned not in resalable condition
We will do partial refunds for the following conditions: Less shipping charges.
Items that are returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
Items that has obvious signs of use.
Item not retuned in the condition it was received.
Exchange: We offer exchange of product if you have received a defective item. Please email us and specify if you would like to exchange it to a different or same item. We will email back with an instruction within 24 business hours except Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays.
NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please email within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Our personnel will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you:
Replacement: We, at our expense, will ship another of the same product. We will be in touch for the arrangement in the replacement process for the DOA productâ€™s return.
Sales Receipts: Your email purchase confirmation is your sales receipt. (Proof of Purchase) Should you need a copy. Simply email us and we will email you a copy.
Don't apply for return: Software, Cds, DJ cartridges, and any products more than $1500 value.
